Terms of Service

1. The platform is an introduction service only.

NextFund provides a venue for entrepreneurs and investors/operating partners to discover one another. We do not broker, negotiate, structure, advise on, guarantee or complete any investment, loan, partnership or transaction. All communications, due diligence, terms and closing decisions are solely between the parties.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility.

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Listing and connection fees.

Entrepreneurs pay a non-refundable $49.99 fee to submit a listing for review. Investors and partners pay a non-refundable $49.99 fee to unlock verified contact information for one listing. Fees are processed through our payment provider and do not guarantee any outcome.

4. Prohibited content and conduct.

You may not post false, misleading, fraudulent or illegal content; solicit funds outside the stated purpose; harass other users; or use the platform for any activity that violates applicable law.

5. Disclaimers.

The platform and all content are provided "as is." NextFund makes no representations about the accuracy of listings, the suitability of any party, or the likelihood of any transaction. The Smart Match score is a compatibility calculation, not investment advice or an endorsement.

6. Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextFund's liability is limited to the amount you paid to the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes and termination.

We may update these terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
